I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although smaller than expected based on the pictures, were surprisingly spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The service was great overall, with a few minor inconveniences. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech, but there were some issues with information assistance. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were of great value with an impressive balcony, although the carpets in the bedroom could use some improvement. The service was top-notch, with staff members who were like seasoned professionals, always super helpful, and made me feel like a VIP during breakfast time. The location was fantastic, nestled in a very nice part of Marrakech, and the calm street was just around the corner from a very busy area. The dining experience had some room for improvement, but the fresh farm-to-table products were a highlight.

The rooms are spacious with large beds, a desk, and comfy chairs, but avoid staying here if you dislike frequent tipping requests. The service was friendly, and special thanks to Olaya, the reservation manager. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes each morning, and the dining experience is satisfying. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the experience.
